Upload Device Images

The Upload Device Image feature allows Organization Admins to upload ACOS software images to one or more devices. Before upgrading a Thunder device or cluster, the required ACOS image must first be uploaded to A10 Control. Uploaded images are stored under the Images tab and can be selected directly during the upgrade workflow.

• Images uploaded from A10 Control home page > Controller-scope > Platform > Image Catalog are listed under System Images panel. For more information, see ACOS Image Catalog .

• Images uploaded directly by users are listed under the User Uploaded Images panel.

To upload the device image, perform the following steps:

1. Navigate to the A10 Control home page > Organization-Admin scope > Utilities > Images Upgrade > Images tab
2. On the Images tab > User Uploaded Images panel, click + Upload.

3. On the Device Image Upload dialog, select or enter the following:

   Field	Description
   ACOS Version	The version number of the ACOS image (for example, 7.0.1).
   ACOS Image	Select the ACOS software image file from your local system.
   Description	(Optional) Enter a description for identifying the image later.

4. Click Upload.

   The image is displayed in the User Uploaded Images list. Once successfully uploaded, the image becomes available for Cluster Upgrade or Device Upgrade actions.
