Associate Devices to a License

Associating devices with a license ensures that registered Thunder devices can consume entitlements such as bandwidth, capacity, or feature access defined in the license. This step is required for device activation and proper license enforcement.

NOTE:

Devices must be registered with A10 Control before they can be associated with a license.

To associate a device with a license:

1. Navigate to A10 Control home page > Organization-Admin scope > Organization > Licenses.
2. On the Licenses page, expand the license you want to update and click + Associate Devices.
3. On the Associate Devices to License page, use the following options to select devices:
   • Select Devices – Opens the device selection panel.
   • Select All – Selects all devices in the list.
   • Clear Select – Deselects all selected devices.
   • Search – Search for a device by name or identifier.
4. Click Update to complete the association.
