Revoke a License

If a device is no longer in use or if you want to free up license capacity for reassignment, you can revoke the corresponding license. Revoking a license removes the license activation from A10 Control and returns the license back to the Global License Manager (GLM).

To revoke a license:

1. With Controller scope, navigate to A10 Control Home page > Platforms > License Management.

2. On the License Manager page > License section, select the required license.

3. Click the Kebab menu > Revoke.

4. On the Revoke License page, click Revoke to confirm.

   After a license is revoked, its capacity is released back to GLM.

   The device that previously used the license cannot reuse it unless a new activation is created.

   Once revoked, licenses cannot be unrevoked.
