Create Personal API Token

Use the Create API Token page to generate Personal API Tokens for API authentication.

To create a Personal API token:

1. Navigate to Organizations > Users & Permissions > API Tokens.
2. Select Create.
3. On the Create Token page, enter the following details: 

   Column	Description
   Display Name	The name used to identify the API token.
   Description	Optional description for the token to help identify its purpose or associated integration.
   Access Groups	Shows the access group assigned to the user. This is a static value and cannot be modified.
   Expiry Days	Indicates the token's validity period. You can set the expiration to 30 days, 60 days, or 90 days, or set it to Never.

4. Click Save.

NOTE:

Once you've generated the API token, a pop-up will appear, showing the token's value along with a Copy button. Ensure to copy and store the token securely for future use, as it is a one-time display and you cannot retrieve it after the pop-up is closed. Only one API token can be created per user, and the Create button will be disabled after the token creation. If the token is lost or needs to be replaced, remove the existing token and create a new one.
