The Access Groups Module allows controller admin to define role-based access for individual users and user authentication groups within an organization. It provides fine-grained control over who can access which resources. Instead of assigning roles directly to users, you bundle permissions into access groups. This helps delegate responsibilities to a specific team and adjust permissions quickly without reconfiguring each user individually.
Each access group maps to a user or remote user auth group to a specific role and limits their access to a defined scope. For more information, see Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
A10 Control provides the following two predefined non-editable access group roles:
Navigate to Organization > Users & Permissions > Access Groups to view and manage access groups associated with your organization in A10 Control.
