Add, Edit, or Delete IDP Group

Add a New IDP Group

To add/create a new IDP group:

  1. On the IDP Groups tab, click + IDP Group.
  2. On the Create New IDP Group page, enter the following details:

    Description

    IDP Name

    Select the required identity provider: Azure AD or Okta

    IDP Group Identifier

    Enter the exact group identifier as defined in the selected IDP.

    IDP Group Name

    Enter a name for the IDP group.

    Group Name

    Enter the access group name this IDP group should map to.

  3. Click Create.

    The new IDP group is created and listed on the IDP Groups page.

Edit an Existing IDP Group

To edit/update an existing IDP group:

  1. On the IDP Groups tab, click the Kebab menu corresponding to the required IDP group, and then select Edit.
  2. On the Edit IDP Group page, modify the required details and then click Save.

    The updated group details are saved and reflected on the IDP Groups page.

Delete an Existing IDP Group

To delete/remove an existing IDP group:

  1. On the IDP Groups tab, click the Kebab menu corresponding to the required IDP group, and then select Delete.
  2. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

    The selected IDP group is deleted and its association with internal user roles is removed.
