Zone Incident Info

The Zone Incidents Info page provides a summary of zone incidents.

To view the Zone Incident Info page for a specific DDoS incident, perform the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Incidents > DDos Incidents.

    The DDoS Incidents page is displayed.

  2. Locate the specific incident, hover over the right side, click three dots (⋮) and select Info.

    The Zone Incident Info page appears.

    Description

    Incident Name

    Displays the name of the incident.

    Incident ID Displays the incident ID.
    Protected ZoneDisplays the name of the protected zone where the incident occurred.
    Mitigation GroupDisplays the mitigation groups associated with the zone.
    Attack TypeDisplays the type of attack assessed by TPS.
    StatusDisplays the status of the incident being mitigated. Status may be New, Ongoing, or Stopped.
    ServiceDisplays the service affected by the incident.
    Note

    Provided additional details about the incident, such as whether an incident was auto-created, if it was associated with indicators, packet rates, and more.

    Peak Received (pps/bps)

    Displays the peak traffic value in terms of Packets Per Second (PPS) and Bits Per Second (BPS) for an incident.

    Packets Received at Peak (Passed/Dropped)

    Displays the number of packet rates received at peak traffic, categorized as passed or dropped.

    Bytes Received at Peak (Passed/Dropped)

    Displays the volume of data received at peak traffic (in bytes), categorized as passed or dropped.

    Time of Peak Received Traffic

    Displays the date and time when the peak traffic rate occurred.
    Total Packets (Passed/Dropped)Displays the total number of packets received during the incident, categorized as passed and dropped.
    Total Bytes (Passed/Dropped)Displays the total volume of data (in bytes) received during the incident, categorized as passed and dropped.
