Configure web-category category-list for destination matching

ansible_host str/required			Host for AXAPI authentication
ansible_username str/required			Username for AXAPI authentication
ansible_password str/required			Password for AXAPI authentication

a10_device_context_id int		[‘1-8’]	Device ID for aVCS configuration
a10_partition str			Destination/target partition for object/command
name str/required			Key to identify parent object
policy_name str/required			Key to identify parent object
web_category_list str/required			Destination Web Category List Name
action str			Action to be performed
ntype str			‘host’= Match hostname; ‘url’= match URL;
priority int			Priority value of the action(higher the number higher the priority)
uuid str			uuid of the object
sampling_enable list			Field sampling_enable
	counters1 str		‘all’= all; ‘hits’= Number of requests matching this destination rule;
stats dict			Field stats
	hits str		Number of requests matching this destination rule
	web_category_list str		Destination Web Category List Name
